“Super fast and efficient. Open and closed in about 2 hours, reasonable, helped move somethings that weren’t leaving. Generally nice and helpful.”
I’m Owen Brennan. Every year on September 1st, Massachusetts leases turn over all at once — Bostonians call it Allston Christmas — and it’s the most gridlocked packing-and-moving day on the calendar across every Middlesex and Boston college-adjacent neighborhood. We start booking full-pack jobs for it weeks ahead.
Our crew packs a full triple-decker or condo start to finish: kitchens, closets, fragile items, electronics, the works, using our own materials and our own W-2 crew — not day labor. The flat rate is locked in writing before we start, so there’s no per-box surprise at the end.
| Crew size | Rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 2 movers + truck | $175/hr | Partial pack, studio-1BR |
| 3 movers + truck | $225/hr | Full-home pack, 2BR+ |
Sample flat-rate packing jobs:
| Job | Flat rate |
|---|---|
| Full pack, 1-bedroom triple-decker, Somerville | $480 |
| Full pack, 2-bedroom condo, Cambridge | $720 |
| Kitchen + fragile-only pack, South End brownstone | $310 |
| Full pack, 3-bedroom colonial, Newton | $980 |
| Full pack, 4-bedroom home, Lexington | $1,240 |
Packed items are covered by $0.60/lb released-value coverage standard, with full-value protection up to $1,000,000 in cargo coverage available, and we operate under our Massachusetts DPU household-goods permit.
